Welcome! I’m K. M. Addinsall—an Australian indie author, mama of two, lifelong storyteller, and all-around creative.​Creation has always been my way of making sense of the world, of capturing beauty, grief, and wonder in a way that feels tangible. Whether through words, clay, or colour, I’m always creating something that speaks from my soul. After thirteen years of dreaming, world building, and refining, Children of Rain is my debut novel. The story is a soul-deep journey set across a dying Earth and a glowing alien planet, following two genetically enhanced lovers as they confront impossible choices, ancient secrets, and the raw cost of survival, and honestly, it's the beginning of something far bigger than me. When I’m not writing, I’m elbow-deep in other creative passions: crocheting seas of blankets, painting wild creatures, writing poetry, making music, sculpting pottery, sketching characters born from worlds that haven’t been born yet. My life is a constant cycle of inspiration and expression—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you for being here.
