As an independent author, every book is sent with care and the hope that it finds a home on your bookshelf. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I’m here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Change of Mind

Please choose your book carefully, as I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes ordering the wrong book or deciding that a purchase is no longer wanted.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Books

If your paperback arrives damaged or has a physical defect, please get in touch by email. I want every reader to receive their book in good condition, and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

When contacting me, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem and photographs of the damage or defect, if possible.

Where appropriate, I’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If the issue qualifies for another remedy under Australian Consumer Law, your rights will be respected.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping Policy

Every order is prepared with care, and I’m so glad to be sending a little piece of this world your way. Please find the details of my shipping policy below.

Order Processing

As an independent author, orders are packed and prepared with care. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

During busy periods, launches or special releases, processing may take a little longer. If there are any significant delays, I’ll do my best to keep you informed.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the postal service and circumstances outside my control. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service.

Shipping Locations

I currently ship to AUSTRALIA & NZ ONLY.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact me as soon as possible. While I’ll do my best to help, I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please get in touch by email with your order number and any relevant details.

I’ll do my best to help locate your parcel and work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase. Additional postage costs may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.
